1. Service Overview

PRAVIAX provides practical online utilities designed to assist users with everyday workflows, calculations, and document drafting. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled across our web application.

2. Usage Analytics & Measurement

When analytics consent is granted, PRAVIAX uses Google Analytics to understand service usage and performance. Google Analytics may process interaction events, approximate geographical location, and browser or device metadata according to Google's service framework and privacy policies.

PRAVIAX custom analytics events are designed to contain non-sensitive workflow metadata such as tool ID, action target, and selected variant. Our custom event implementation is designed not to include user-entered invoice amounts, invoice numbers, invoice dates, reminder text, or personal information.

Google Analytics behavior and cookie storage are controlled using Google Consent Mode and your analytics choice. Google Consent Mode alters how Google Analytics operates when analytics storage is denied. Google Analytics data handling is also subject to Google's own systems and policies.

3. Local Browser Storage

PRAVIAX relies on local browser storage technologies to maintain state and operate utilities efficiently without requiring backend databases:

  • Session Storage:PRAVIAX uses sessionStorage for temporary invoice workflow state needed to move calculator and workflow information between pages. The current workflow state is validated and invalidated after 24 hours, and users can clear it through the workflow interface.
  • Local Storage:Your choice regarding analytics consent is remembered in your browser's localStorage under the keypraviax_analytics_consent.

4. Accounts, Payments, & Data Sales

PRAVIAX currently operates without user accounts or registration. We do not process payments, nor do we sell, rent, or trade user-entered invoice data or tool inputs.

5. Updates & Support

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as new tools, features, or workflows are introduced to the platform.
